Precautions for motherboard repair:

1. RMA (Return Material Authorization) means returning the product for review. In order to facilitate the manufacturer to provide accurate and fast services, the applicant should carefully and truthfully fill in every item of the RMA Application Form. Incomplete forms may not be accepted or result in processing delays. Especially in the fault description section, it should be as accurate and detailed as possible.


2. Before repair, please fill out the "RMA Application Form" and send it as an attachment to the recipient at Advantech. Please also attach this "RMA Application Form" to the packaging box of your repaired product. Products that do not come with an "RMA Application Form" will not be accepted.

3. If the repaired product is outside the warranty scope, the applicant shall bear the repair service fees (subject to the quotation provided by Advantech).

4. Please try to use the original packaging of Advantech for the repaired products, which must be properly packaged, sealed, and clearly marked. If the goods are damaged due to packaging or logistics, the customer shall bear the responsibility on their own.

5. The logistics cost for repairing the product, the logistics cost for shipping within the warranty period shall be borne by the sender, and the logistics cost for returning the repaired product shall be borne by Advantech; The round-trip logistics cost for repairing products outside the warranty shall be borne by the customer.
